1. How do I open a live trading account?

To open a live trading account, click the “Sign Up” button in the top right of our website. Complete the application form, upload your documents for verification, and be ready to trade.

2. In which currencies can I open an account?

INFINOX clients can open a trading account in USD, EUR, GBP and AUD. We recommend opening your account in the currency you’ll be depositing and withdrawing in, so you can avoid unexpected conversion fees.

3. Can I open more than one account with INFINOX?

Yes! Once you’ve opened a live trading account with INFINOX, you can apply for another account under the same name. This can allow you to trade different base currencies, or try out new strategies. Contact [email protected] for more info.

4. What documents does INFINOX require to open a live account?

In order to verify your identity, we need a copy of your valid passport, national ID card or driver’s license. We will also need a recent proof of address (within the last 3 months), such as a utility or bank statement in your name.

5. What deposit methods does INFINOX offer?

You can deposit funds into your account using a debit or credit card, digital wallet, bank transfers and cryptocurrencies (in select locations only). We do not accept cash or cheque, or American Express or Diners cards.
